Dare to Dream: of a world where anyone with a disability can easily find the housing of their choice.

Dare to Dream: of a society that welcomes their low and fixed income community members in an affordable, accessible and integrated way.

Dare to Dream: of a time when aging parents of children with developmental disabilities do not have to worry about their children’s housing after they are gone.

Dare to Dream: of a time when becoming physically disabled doesn’t mean you have to leave your home and community.

Dare to Dream: of a social service system that has the information and tools necessary to assist all in need.

Creative Options:  There are no easy solutions to the lack of affordable, accessible and integrated housing; we therefore seek creative options to allow our community members to live the most independent lives possible.

Education:  We seek to educate and advocate on behalf of those we service by providing direct client services and through training and public speaking to service and housing providers.

Community Collaboration:  The staff of RLO is represented on a number of local housing and service committees and believes that through collaborations with other organizations we will be empowered to better serve our community members.
