New Phase of So7 Underway

It looks like we may be seeing a new structure rising from the ground at So7. What was once a parking lot has been ripped out, and a large pit has been excavated. Recently, this tower crane went up on the site, and one can already see rebar and concrete rising from the pit.
It looks quite similar to the previous phase in these respects, so I’m guessing this is another building of underground parking, ground-floor retail, and upstairs loft apartments, as has long been shown on the development’s future phase maps. Good to see this progress happening at the site.
