  Joyce purchased her own condo five years ago with the help of RLO, the Housing Partnership of Chester Co, M&T Bank, ARC, MHMR, friends and family.  Although at first Joyce was nervous about owning a home and having a mortgage, she has really enjoyed having a place to call her own. Josiah

 Josiah and his mom Mary lived in a second floor apartment he could no longer access.. Through the Shelter plus Care program, the LHOT provided Josiah with a Section 8 voucher so that they could afford to rent a more accessible home.  Click the hand to learn more about Josiah. I

Joe 

 Joe moved into his apartment in Upper Darby in March 2004 after working for a year with RLO, his family, and the Delaware County Office of Mental Retardation. Joe is involved in Special Olympics, takes computer and reading classes, takes the bus to work, and entertains his friends in his new digs.  Life is GOOD. Click the hand to learn more about Joe. I
